Maison Kasbah is a lifestyle brand with North African roots, made for wherever life takes you.

The story began in Norwich in 2014, when we opened the doors to Sahara Café. We wanted to create somewhere that felt welcoming. A place to meet a friend for coffee, enjoy good food or simply sit for a while without feeling the need to rush off.

Over the years, we've come to realise that some of the best things about Sahara have very little to do with what's on the menu. It's the familiar faces, the conversations that go on longer than planned and the people who make a place feel like somewhere you belong.

Maison Kasbah grew from that same feeling.

We've always loved the easy-going café culture of North Africa, where there's usually time for another coffee and no great hurry to leave the table. We wanted to bring a little of that spirit into everyday life, whether you're at home, out for the afternoon or somewhere you've never been before.

Today, Maison Kasbah brings together clothing, accessories and lifestyle pieces inspired by the places we love and the way we like to spend our time. We're drawn to things that feel good to wear, that you'll reach for often and that don't need a special occasion.

We're certainly not experts at slowing down. Life gets busy, plans change and some days disappear before we've had a chance to enjoy them. But we like the idea of making a little more time for the things that matter to us.
