Returns – UK & EU Customers

Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have the right to change their mind within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

Once you've notified us of your decision to return an item, you'll have a further 14 days to send it back.

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, apart from reasonable handling needed to try them on.

Many of our products are made to order. Please note that genuinely personalised or customised items may be exempt from change-of-mind returns. Standard designs produced after an order is placed are not automatically exempt.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK and EU, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

This does not affect any consumer rights you may have under the laws applicable to your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please get in touch through our website's Contact page.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and photographs where possible.

We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back.

Where required by law, we'll also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage costs where advised before purchase. For faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover reasonable return postage costs.

Clothing Care

To keep your Maison Kasbah pieces looking their best, please follow the washing and care instructions provided with your purchase.

Damage resulting from improper care or general wear and tear is not normally considered a manufacturing defect.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
